By using and/or visiting any part of the bongobongo.co.tz website or any other websites or applications we own (“Our Website”) and/or registering on Our Website, you agree to be bound by:
(i) These Terms and Conditions;
(ii) The applicable rules for our betting products (together referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), and it is deemed that you have accepted and understood all Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully, and if you do not accept them, do not use Our Website. These Terms also apply to SMS and in-store betting.
When placing a bet using Our Website, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules for the products available on Our Website from time to time. These rules can be found in the Rules menu at the top of Our Website.
We may need to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time for various reasons (including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements). All changes will be published on Our Website, and the most updated Terms will be available there. If you do not accept any changes, you should stop using Our Website. However, if you continue to use Our Website after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted them.
References to "you," "your," "customer," or "bettor" refer to anyone using Our Website or services of bongobongo.co.tz and/or any customer registered with bongobongo.co.tz.
As you may be aware, access to and/or use of Our Website (including any or all products offered through Our Website) may be illegal in certain countries. You are responsible for determining whether your access and/or use of Our Website complies with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction and for ensuring that betting is not prohibited in your place of residence.
bongobongo.co.tz is committed to providing excellent customer service. As part of this commitment, bongobongo.co.tz is dedicated to promoting responsible gambling. While bongobongo.co.tz will take reasonable efforts to enforce its responsible gambling policies, it does not accept liability if you continue gambling and/or attempt to use Our Website to deliberately circumvent relevant policies beyond bongobongo.co.tz's control.
B. YOUR ACCOUNT on bongobongo.co.tz
Registration
1.1. All applicants must be at least 18 years old to place bets or register on the bongobongo.co.tz website. bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to request age verification from any customer and to suspend/restrict their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. bongobongo.co.tz takes its responsibilities regarding underage gambling and responsible gaming seriously.
1.2. All information provided during registration MUST be accurate and complete. Specifically, if you use a bank card or mobile payment, the cardholder's name or registered mobile number MUST match the name used during registration. Failure to comply will result in account suspension. If your account is suspended, you must contact us. Any bets placed before account suspension will be void—whether won or lost.
1.4. By accepting the Terms and/or registering to use Our Website, you agree that we have the right to conduct identity, card, and other verification checks as necessary and/or required by applicable laws and regulatory authorities. You agree to provide all information required for such verification. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account at our absolute discretion until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.
1.5. As part of the registration process, we may share your details with authorized reference agencies to verify your identity and payment card details. You agree that we may process such data as part of your registration.
1.6. Customers may only open one account. If we identify a customer with multiple accounts, we reserve the right to consolidate them into a single account.
1.7. Customers must ensure that their registration details remain accurate. Account details can be updated in the Settings section of Our Website. For further assistance, please contact us.
Account Information
2.1. bongobongo.co.tz allows customers to choose a username and password. Customers must keep these credentials confidential, as they are responsible for all bets and activities on their accounts.
2.2. A bet will be considered valid if the correct username and password are entered (whether authorized by you or not), provided there are sufficient funds in the account.
2.3. If you suspect that someone else knows your username and/or password, change it immediately through Our Website. If you forget your login details, please contact us.
2.4. For SMS betting, you are responsible for all transactions where your phone number or username has been correctly quoted (whether authorized by you or not). If you designate another person as an authorized user of your account, you will be responsible for all their transactions. If you lose or suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us.
2.5. Please note that payment card details, mobile payment information, and other sensitive data should never be sent via unencrypted or unsecured email.
2.6. You can view your account balance and transaction history anytime when logged into your account on Our Website.
Personal Information
3.1. We will comply with applicable data protection laws in Tanzania regarding any personal data you provide.
Suspension and Closure
4.1. If you wish to close your account, please contact us. Any negative balance in your account must be settled immediately before account closure.
4.2. bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for any reason. Without limiting the foregoing, bongobongo.co.tz may close or suspend your account if:
(a) You become bankrupt;
(b) bongobongo.co.tz believes you have used Our Website fraudulently or for illegal purposes;
(c) bongobongo.co.tz believes you have unfairly exploited Our Website or engaged in cheating or improper conduct;
(d) bongobongo.co.tz is required to do so by law enforcement, regulators, or a court order;
(e) bongobongo.co.tz believes any of the above scenarios may have occurred or are likely to occur;
(f) Your account remains inactive with a balance of zero or meets the inactivity criteria outlined in B.5.1.
4.3. If bongobongo.co.tz suspends or closes your account due to reasons in (a) to (e) above, you shall be liable for any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and damages incurred by bongobongo.co.tz, and we may retain any winnings or bonuses you are due.
Dormant/Inactive Accounts
5.1. An account is considered 'inactive' if no transactions occur, such as:
(i) Depositing funds;
(ii) Placing bets.
(a) If your account remains inactive for 365 consecutive days, it will be classified as 'dormant.' If your account has a zero balance, it will be closed without charges.
(b) If your dormant account has a positive balance, bongobongo.co.tz will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided during registration.
5.2. You can reactivate your account by:
(i) Successfully making a deposit;
(ii) Placing a sports bet.
C. YOUR FUNDS
Deposits and Betting
1.1. You may only bet with the authorized funds in your account. Therefore, you must deposit money before placing bets.
1.2. By depositing funds, you authorize us to hold them, including any winnings, solely for the purpose of betting and covering transaction fees. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we suspect deposits are made without an intent to gamble.
1.3. You acknowledge that we retain any interest earned on funds held in your bongobongo.co.tz account.
1.4. No credit will be extended by bongobongo.co.tz, and all bets must be backed by sufficient account funds. bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to void any bets that may have been accepted in error when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. If funds are credited to the customer’s account in error it is the customer’s responsibility to notify bongobongo.co.tz without delay. bongobongo.co.tz will refund the funds by correcting the account.
1.5 Unless otherwise stated, all examples provided on Our Website are given in Tanzanian TSH. For any transaction requiring a currency exchange, the applicable exchange rate will be quoted by the Bank of Tanzania.
1.6 When a currency is selected, funds are deposited, Bets and winnings are paid in that currency.
1.7 You are entitled to use our currency exchange service for the purpose of placing bets via Our Website (“authorised purposes”). You are not entitled to use this service for any purpose other than the authorised purposes (including currency hedging, speculative trading or any other currency trading). If bongobongo.co.tz determines that you are using Our Website for any reason other than the authorized purpose, bongobongo.co.tz shall be entitled to close or suspend your account and you shall:
(a) be liable for any and all claims arising therefrom; and
(b) indemnify bongobongo.co.tz for the requirements of such claims.
1.8 Furthermore, bongobongo.co.tz shall have the right to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts you have earned or received from or in connection with your 'unauthorized' use of Our Website including activities that are not for the authorized purpose.
Withdrawals
2.1 Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawals may only be made in the name and to the registered account holder. 2.2 For most payment types, withdrawals can be processed by clicking 'Withdraw' on Our Website, subject to having sufficient funds in your betting account. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per day but withdrawals may require multiple transactions over several days, depending on the payment provider's restrictions.
2.3 If the deposited amount is not fully wagered before a withdrawal request is made, bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to charge a fee to the customer's account to cover all reasonable costs associated with the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the amount of money requested for withdrawal may be reduced accordingly.
Other
3.1 The following are the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts that can be made through mobile money operators (Mpesa and Mixx by Yas)

3.2 We may, at any time, place a positive balance in your account against any amount owed to bongobongo.co.tz or any company within the bongobongo.co.tz group.
3.3 Online betting may be illegal in your jurisdiction. If so, you are not authorized to use your payment card or mobile payment to complete the transaction. However, any bets accepted by such authorities will stand - win or lose.
D. BETTING PROCEDURES
Placement
1.1 bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to refuse any bet or any part thereof requested in its sole discretion. All bets are placed at your own risk and discretion.
1.2 We accept bets placed online only, by SMS, or at our Betting Shops. Bets are not accepted by any other means (telephone, post, email, fax, etc.) and upon receipt will be null and void - win or lose.
1.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the details of their bet are correct. Once bets have been placed and their acceptance has been confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer. bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to cancel any bet at any time.
1.4 Bets are processed in the order in which they are received.
Bet Confirmation
2.1 Bets will not be confirmed if there are insufficient funds in your account.
2.2 For SMS bets 'acceptance confirmed' will only be deemed to have been made after the Bettor has received a confirmation SMS from us.
2.3 In the event of a dispute, you and bongobongo.co.tz agree that bongobongo.co.tz's transaction log database shall be the final authority in such matters
Promotions
3.1 The promotion is specific to one customer, family, home address, email address, SMS number.
3.2 Where any of the terms of the promotion or offer have been breached or there is any evidence of a pattern of betting by a customer or group of customers (e.g. where regular betting patterns on the same schedule/market have been identified in the account), that will be deemed to have been made. for a deposit bonus, enhanced payouts, free and risk-free bets, or any promotional offer resulting in a guaranteed profit for the customer regardless of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to reclaim the bonus. feature of such offers and in bongobongo.co.tz full decision of the bet settle the bet with the correct score, cancel the free and risk-free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to charge an administration fee to the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free and risk-free bet or an additional payment to cover the costs of administration. bongobongo.co.tz has the further right to require any customer to provide sufficient documentation for bongobongo.co.tz to satisfy itself with its full decision as to the customer's identity before bongobongo.co.tz will grant any bonus, free and risk-free bet or promotion to the customer's account.
3.3 All bongobongo.co.tz offers are intended for its customers, and bongobongo.co.tz may at its sole discretion reduce the eligibility of customers to participate in any part of any promotion
3.4 bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any or all offers to a customer or group of customers at any time and at the sole discretion of bongobongo.co.tz. Offers are only applicable to customers who have made a real money deposit with bongobongo.co.tz.
3.5 bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to amend the terms or cancel any customer offer at any time.
Payments
4.1 All bets are subject to the Betting Access terms (including maximum winnings) set out in Appendix Two to these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel a bet at any time. While a market is suspended any bets placed will be void. bongobongo.co.tz also reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice.
4.3 The 'Calculator' available on Our Website is for informational purposes only, and all bets will be calculated using the accepted odds. In multiple bets with invalid selections the 'Calculator' figure is reduced accordingly.
4.4 If a customer includes invalid selections in multiple bets, the bet will be settled with the remaining selections.
4.5 Winnings from paid bets are added to your betting account balance. Any funds/winnings credited to your account in error are not available for use, and bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at that time or retrospectively.
4.6 bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to withhold payments and declare bets on an event that has not been settled if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been questioned; (ii) the price has been altered; or (iii) match fixing has occurred. Evidence of the above may include the size, volume or structure of bets placed by bongobongo.co.tz across all of our betting channels. The decision of the relevant governing body of the relevant sport (if any) shall be final. If any customer is owed money by bongobongo.co.tz for any reason, we reserve the right to take this into account before making any payment to that customer.
4.7 Where there is evidence of a series of bets each with the same selection having been placed by or for the same person or group of individuals, bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to void bets or withhold payments of refunds pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.
4.8 For events where no official 'Start' has been announced, the announced start time of the event will be deemed to be 'Kick off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event or match has started, bets will stand as long as the final result is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any material advantage (e.g. score, sending to another team, etc.) at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of the event/market is known bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose. Disputes over the time of placing the bet will be resolved using the transaction log. All times stated on Our Website and/or referred to by bongobongo.co.tz staff are in accordance with Tanzania Time unless otherwise stated.
4.9 If for any reason we are unable to confirm the outcome of a particular match (e.g. due to loss of live feed or Online information), all bets will be void, unless the settlement of the bet has already been determined.
Cashout
5.1 Cashout is a feature that gives you the ability to withdraw money from your bet before and during a match. Cashout is available on selected sports and markets, pre-match and live, singles and multiples. Cashed out bets are visible in your My Bets section under Sports and 'Cashed Out'.
5.2 To cash out a bet, go to the "My Bets" section of your account and look at the "Bet ID" of the bet you wish to cash out. If cashout is available, this will be displayed. If the 'Request Cashout' button is not available or in the bet details, the game will be displayed with the cashout pending. If cashout is available, the user can click the "Request Cashout" button to receive their cashout offer. The user will be presented with a cashout offer and will need to click "Confirm Cashout" to proceed. There is a timer between clicking "Confirm Cashout" and the successful withdrawal. If the cashout amount changes or the specific market is suspended, then the cashout request will not be accepted. When a cashout request is successful, the user will be presented with a message confirming that the cashout has been completed and the bet has been settled.
5.3 Acceptance of a cashout request does not constitute a new bet or wager; it is an agreement to settle a previous bet placed before the event has taken place. Where a cashout request is accepted the previous bet will be deemed to have been settled and Bongobongo will have no further liability to you in respect of the previous bet.
5.4 Cashout does not apply to the following:
bets placed in full or on free bets
bets placed in a casino, online or jackpot
5.5 The Cashout Amount at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if the Cashout request is successful.5.6 Bongobongo does not guarantee the availability of Cashout on all devices or its availability at all times.
5.7 By accepting a bet you forfeit any bonus or other offer related to the bet, immediately after it is paid. We will not be liable for any loss that may arise in connection with the customer’s use of the Cashout feature or the acceptance or rejection of a Cashout request by us.5.8 Bongobongo cannot guarantee that Cashout will be available on your bet. Where Cashout is available prior to an event and we do not provide information or we cease to cover the event live, then Cashout will not be available once the event has started or our live coverage has ceased. Similarly, Cashout will not be available when a market/match has been suspended.
5.9 Bongobongo reserves the right to accept or decline any bet placed for any game, competition, market, or type of bet included in Cashout. Bongobongo’s betting rules and solutions apply, and we reserve the right to correct clear errors and resolve bets in the correct manner, including in cases where the Cashout value has been mistakenly issued. In cases where there is evidence that a customer has benefited from any delay in Bongobongo's odds publication, we have the right to suspend the account indefinitely and prevent the customer from using the site in the future. In cases where there is evidence of price manipulation, race-fixing, match-fixing, or event fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the bet or suspend payment of winnings pending the results of any subsequent investigation.
5.10 Bongobongo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or remove the Cashout feature (or any part of it) at any time for any event, format, market, or customer. Any bets placed on such events, settings, or markets will stand as originally placed. Bongobongo has the right to modify the Cashout payout if a bet or market has been settled incorrectly. In cases of conflict between these terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions will apply. The Cashout Terms may be periodically amended by Bongobongo at its discretion. This feature is provided "as is," without any warranties, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, accuracy of data, accuracy of translations, availability, timeliness, business, or fitness for a particular.
E. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
1.1 Information and Content - The information you obtain on Our Website (including results, statistics, sports data, match listings, and odds) is for your personal use only, and the distribution or commercial exploitation of such information is strictly prohibited. No warranty is given regarding the uninterrupted delivery of such information, its accuracy, or the results obtained from its use. This information is not intended to provide advice or recommendations and is provided solely for informational purposes. It should not be relied upon when placing bets, which are done at your own risk and discretion.
2.1 Your Equipment - Your computer or mobile device and internet connection may affect the performance and/or operation of Our Website. Bongobongo.co.tz does not guarantee that Our Website will operate without error or interruption, or that services from bongobongo.co.tz will be provided without disruption. Bongobongo.co.tz accepts no liability for failures or issues arising from your device, internet connection, network, or mobile communications provider (including, for example, if you are unable to place a bet or view or receive certain information related to a specific game). 2.2 For customers using bongobongo.co.tz (including downloaded apps) for placing bets, please note that bongobongo is not responsible for any damage or loss of data from the phone on which the app is installed, nor is it liable for any phone charges, data, or other costs that may be incurred while using the app.
Use of Rights 3.1 Our website and bongobongo.co.tz products may only be used for the purpose of placing bets on betting products. 3.2 You must not use Our Website for any purpose which, in the opinion of bongobongo.co.tz, is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or obscene, or which bongobongo.co.tz deems to be discriminatory, fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate. 3.3 Bongobongo.co.tz will seek criminal and contractual penalties against any customer engaging in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity through or related to Our Website or bongobongo.co.tz products. Bongobongo.co.tz will block payments to any customer suspected of any of these activities. The customer will be required to pay and will be responsible for paying bongobongo.co.tz, as required, any claims arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal act.
4.1 Program and Technology Issues - In order to use certain products offered on Our Website, you may need to download certain software (e.g., Chrome). Also, certain third-party service providers may require you to accept additional terms and conditions governing the use of their products. If you do not accept these third-party terms and conditions, you should not use the relevant third-party software. Bongobongo.co.tz accepts no liability concerning third-party software. 4.2 You are only permitted to use/and the software available to you through Our Website for the purpose of using the products on Our Website and, unless permitted by applicable law, for no other purpose. 4.3 For this, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant software solely for the purpose of using/playing products on Our Website (including placing bets online), subject to the following terms: (a) You are not permitted to: (i) upload or install the software on a server or another network device, or take any other action to make the software available through any form of "advertisement board", online service, or remote or network call for another person. i) granting sublicenses, distributing, renting, lending, transferring, or making copies (except as explicitly stated elsewhere in these terms and conditions) of your license to use the software or creating or distributing copies of the software; (iii) accessing or attempting to bypass or circumvent bongobongo.co.tz's security system or interfering in any way (including, but not limited to, using robots and similar devices) with the relevant products or Our Website, or attempting to make changes to the software and/or its features or elements; (iv) copying or translating any user documentation provided "online" or in an electronic format.
(b) You do not own the software. The software is owned and exclusively the property of Solner Ltd or another software provider ("Software Provider"). Any software and accompanying documentation licensed to bongobongo.co.tz are the intellectual property of the Software Provider and are protected globally by copyright laws. Your use of the software does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the software.
(c) The software is provided "as is" without any warranties, terms, promises, or representations, express or implied, legal or otherwise. Bongobongo.co.tz excludes all implied warranties (including merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose). Bongobongo.co.tz does not guarantee that:
(i) the software will meet your needs;
(ii) the software will not infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
(iii) the software will be error-free or uninterrupted;
(iv) any errors in the software will be corrected;
(v) the software or servers are free from viruses.
(d) In case of communication or system errors regarding account payments or other features of the software, neither bongobongo.co.tz nor the Software Provider will be liable to you or any third party for such errors. Bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to remove any necessary products from Our Website and take any other actions to correct these errors.
(e) By this, you acknowledge that the way you use the software is beyond bongobongo.co.tz’s control. Accordingly, you download and use the software at your own risk. Bongobongo.co.tz will not be liable to you or any third party for receiving and/or using the software.
(f) The software may contain confidential information that is proprietary and important to the Software Provider and/or bongobongo.co.tz. You have no right to use or disclose such confidential information except as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 While bongobongo.co.tz strives to ensure Our Website is available 24/7, bongobongo.co.tz will not be liable if, for any reason, Our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to make changes or corrections to, or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Our Website, including access to it.
4.5 You must not misuse Our Website by introducing viruses, Trojans, logic bombs, or other harmful or technologically hazardous materials. Specifically, you must not access without authorization, interfere with, damage, or disrupt Our Website or any part of it; any device or network on which Our Website is stored; any software used in the provision of Our Website; or any device, software, or website owned or used by third parties. You must not attack Our Website through a denial-of-service attack. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other harmful technological materials that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary materials due to your use of Our Website, software, or your download of any materials posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
5.1 Third-Party Content - Bongobongo.co.tz receives information and content from various suppliers. Other product providers may require you to accept additional terms and conditions governing the use of their information, opinions, and content. If you do not accept the relevant third-party terms and conditions, do not use the content or materials in question. 5.2 Bongobongo.co.tz accepts no responsibility for third-party feeds, opinions, or content. 5.3 Bongobongo.co.tz does not allow any employee, or anyone connected in any way with that employee or anyone connected to a third-party service provider (as determined by the sole discretion of bongobongo.co.tz) to place a bet on any market or event where a third-party provider offers services to bongobongo.co.tz. Bongobongo.co.tz will cancel any bet if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bet has been placed. 5.4 Where Our Website links to third-party websites and resources, these links are provided for your information only. Bongobongo.co.tz has no control over the content of these websites or resources and accepts no liability for them or any loss or damage that may occur due to your use of them. The inclusion of a link to a third-party site does not imply endorsement of the site, its products, or services (where applicable), unless otherwise expressly stated.
6.1 Errors - Bongobongo.co.tz will not be responsible for any errors relating to bets, including when:
(i) Bongobongo.co.tz has mistakenly stated odds/handicaps/overs/unders/winners;
(ii) Bongobongo.co.tz continues to accept bets on a closed or suspended market;
(iii) Bongobongo.co.tz incorrectly calculates or pays out a settlement amount.
6.2 Incorrect Price - Before the event starts, where an Obvious Error is identified, any bets will be suspended and paid out at the adjusted price of bongobongo.co.tz. If the adjusted price is considered to be below 1/1000, the bet will be void. If there is sufficient time before the event starts, bongobongo.co.tz will strive to contact the customer and may, at our sole discretion, allow the option to cancel the bet.
6.3 Incorrect Handicap/Overs - Before the event starts, where an Obvious Error is identified, any bets will be suspended and resolved based on the Handicap/Overs/Unders taken at the adjusted price of bongobongo.co.tz, unless the following conditions apply: i) If the adjusted price is considered to be below 1/1000, the bet will be void. ii) Any bet placed on Handicap/Overs/Unders where the outcome is already known when the bet was placed will be void.
6.4 Incorrect Win Amount - Before the event starts, any bets placed by the customer where the win amount is incorrect (due to an error in the base price or software performance) will be suspended and resolved with the correct amount, unless the outcome is already known, in which case such bets will be void.
6.5 If there is sufficient time before the event starts, bongobongo.co.tz will strive to contact the customer and may, at our sole discretion, allow the option to cancel the bet.
6.6 Incorrect Schedule - Where an incorrect team is quoted in the schedule, all bets will be void. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of bongobongo.co.tz.
6.7 Late Bets - If, for any reason, a pre-event bet is unintentionally accepted after the match or event has started, the bets will be settled as follows:
i) The bet will be suspended as long as the selected participant or team has not gained any material advantage (e.g., scoring points, sending to another team, etc.).
ii) Once a material advantage has been gained, bongobongo.co.tz reserves the right to cancel the bet, mark it as won or lost. Any bet placed where the outcome is already known will be void.

I. COMPLAINTS, DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW, AND JURISDICTION If there is a claim or dispute arising from past or present activities, please contact us. If bongobongo.co.tz cannot resolve the dispute, it will refer the matter to an arbitrator, such as the National Lottery Board of Tanzania, whose decision will be final (except in the case of obvious errors), ensuring full representation of both parties involved. No dispute about any bet shall lead to a lawsuit, court action, or challenge of a license or permit by the operator (including remote operator license or personal license) unless bongobongo.co.tz fails to comply with an arbitration decision. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising from or related to them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. BETTING SOURCE
We accept bets on sporting events listed on our Website. All such bets are subject to the applicable laws for each game.
Where the official result of the market is a draw and no odds are quoted for that event, all bets on participants involved in the draw will be void, and the bets will be refunded.
The results of matches or events will be determined on the completion date for betting purposes, based on the confirmation from the governing body of the respective game. Any subsequent investigation that may lead to a decision being overturned will not be recognized by bongobongo.co.tz, and any advance payment of bets will remain valid. If the venue for a sporting event changes, all bets placed based on the original venue will be void, and the stakes will be refunded unless stated otherwise.
MAXIMUM WIN
The maximum win is TSH 500,000 per user within a 24-hour period. The maximum win is quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TSH).
General Terms and Conditions
Bongobongo reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any free bet prize at its sole discretion.
The Promotion is not available to any employee of Bongobongo or their immediate family members, or any employee of any business associated with the provision of Sports betting and its related support services by Bongobongo, or their immediate family members. Prizes are non-transferable.
Bongobongo reserves the right to exclude, or disqualify players from participation in the Promotion if circumstances warrant such exclusion in Bongobongo’s sole discretion. Bongobongo reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason. If after such review it appears that a player is engaging in strategies that Bongobongo in its sole discretion deems to be cheating or abusing the rules of the game, Bongobongo reserves the right to disqualify such player from the Promotion. Furthermore, if after such review the player’s actions are deemed by Us to constitute Promotion Abuse Bongobongo reserves the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:
